Fresh anchovies are always present on our tables this season, in the city but especially at the seaside! Today I'm sharing a recipe to enhance them and make the most of them... ANCHOVIES STUFFED with POTATOES, BREADED, and FRIED! They're SOOO ... 📌 If you don't want to fry them, you can bake them in the oven with a drizzle of oil at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. 📝 Ingredients: 500 g fresh anchovies (or thawed) 2 medium potatoes 1 tablespoon grated Grana cheese 2 eggs Salt and pepper Parsley and garlic Lemon Peanut or sunflower oil for frying
