I love Miconic 10. One of the simplest, yet most intelligent elevator systems in the industry. Although Schindler has since discontinued the Miconic 10 and replaced it with the efficient PORT system, Schindler still fully supports the Miconic 10 since it is still an amazing elevator system. Rumor has it that these used to be SchindlerHaughton, though nobody can guarantee that. The hotel itself is nothing short of elegant. Right off Pennsylvania Ave, and footsteps away from the National Mall, The White House, and several Metro stations, the JW Marriott is definitely an ideal spot for tourism accommodations regardless of your need in DC.
