Since acquiring this machine, a 90s IHI 28J with an Isuzu 3LB1 diesel engine, it has never started easy. Now that temperatures are below 60 degrees, it's almost impossible to start. It was evident that the glow plugs weren't working at all, but it wasn't as simple as a fuse or just replacing the glow plugs...
