BREAKING: U.S. service member killed in Iraq during 'controlled detonation' of drone, CENTCOM says

We are now learning this weekend that a U.S. service member was killed Saturday in Iraq during the ‘controlled detonation' of a downed Iranian drone. The U.S. military made the announcement just one day after the news that two other U.S. service members were killed after an Iranian attack on a base in Jordan. According to The Associated Press, Sunday's announcement brings the death toll of U.S. service members to 17 with more than 430 American troops being wounded amid continued fighting with Iran.
