Train Simulator 2021 | LNER A4 No. 4468 'Mallard' - 126mph Speed Record Attempt

In this video we'll be seeing if I can get the world-famous A4 'Mallard' up to 126 miles per hour, the speed she reached in July 1938. She is now the fastest steam locomotive in the world. The route I chose for the test run is the old TestTrak route (unfortunately I don't know whether or not it's still available), and for whatever reason I placed some random engines and multiple units (such as the GT3 Gas Turbine, Union Pacific GE U50 and LWT-12 Aerotrain) to make the sidings look busy. Mallard herself will be pulling a rake of seven LNER Gresley coaches. We start at the platform before heading out on to the main loop and - essentially - pushing this famous A4 to her limits.
