Now and again I try to tackle a GRIZZLY BEAR of a tune just to keep my skills on an upward path. THIS is one of those tunes. "Tower of Inspiration" is a tune off of Dave Weckl's Master Plan Album. Its an homage to the band Tower of Power and David Garibaldi. TOP is one of my favorite bands and DG is one of my drum heroes for sure! As such, I thought this would be a great tune to tackle. I learned A LOT from playing this tune and also learned a lot about myself and my playing. I hope you enjoy it! Coated Ambassador on the snare with an ambassador medium snare side hazy on the bottom. Clear Powerstroke 3 on the kick drum.
