MacBook Air M1 Battery Health Dropped to 60% at 185 Cycles | My Real Experience

In this video, I share my real experience with my MacBook Air M1 battery. My MacBook Air M1 was purchased on 11 October 2023. Current Battery Status: • Battery Health: 60% • Cycle Count: 185 • Battery Condition: Service Recommended I contacted Apple Customer Support 5 times, and every time they asked me to visit the authorized service center. After visiting the service center, I was informed that since my MacBook is out of warranty, the battery replacement would be a paid service. Apple states that MacBook batteries are designed to retain around 80% capacity after 1000 charge cycles. That's why I was surprised to see only 60% battery health at just 185 cycles.
