It felt like a slightly smaller Croatia... and it had a truly unique atmosphere. Montenegro is great in terms of location, cheap prices, and it was so, so, so much fun... You should definitely stop by on your way down from Eastern Europe toward Turkey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And while traveling, I found out that Montenegro is the country with the most wealthy people coming to it through the investment immigration program. You said you could immigrate in a month...
