5 American things I can't live without (as an expat in Italy)

Even after 5 years of living in Italy, I still have more than a few American habits that I'll probably never quit--and that's okay. In this video I share 5 things (mostly related to eating) from my life in the US that I've adapted to fit my Italian lifestyle, because I can't seem to live without them. Leaving the US was the biggest life change I've ever experienced, and adjusting to a new country, language, and culture can be so overwhelming. As an expat (or immigrant), having a few items that remind you where you're from can bring a lot of comfort when you get homesick or feel isolated along the way.
