Djebel Sidi Abderrahman and Kef Errand | Tunisia

In this video we hike through the mountains close to Nabeul I Tunisia. Hard hike but great views and landscape, hope you enjoy! We started the rondonee in the village of El Middah, a small village at the bottom of the mountains, we can see the structures at the top that we will be hiking to and although it appears far, we are willing. The hike up was hard, but the views and scenery were great and kept us going. We finally got to the top where was saw the structures up close, an old traditional home with a small rounded top structure built into the mountain side. We learn that an Islamic holy man lived here by the name of Sidi Abderrahman. The mountain is actually named after him Djebel Sidi Abderrahman (Djebel means mountain). There was a flock of sheep with their shepherd, its was a great scene adding to the great view! We then started back the hike and passed by the nature fresh water spring. We made loop and then back to another peak for even better views. Then it was time to head back down. We took a different route back and it was a steeper decent. We had to crawl at times, but it was still fun. A great experience and we had a lot of fun. Tunisia continues to surprise me!
