Restoration 1940's Seymour Smith Locking Pliers and a Rusty Screw Disaster

This time around I have two vintage pair of locking pliers manufactured by Seymour Smith and Son in the late 1940's that are in desperate need of a good cleanup. One rusty screw nearly causes a disaster but perseverance pays off.
