GLYNDŴR'S WAY #1 (Knighton to Bwich-y-Sarnau) Discovering the mid WALES National Trail

Glyndŵr's is often referred to as the walk in the 'Hidden Heartland of Wales'. Hiking and wild camping in the middle shires of Wales I spend six nights and 134.5 miles / 216.5 km discovering this remote part of Wales. Very much a rolling countryside hike with lots of ascent and decent totalling 23,629 feet / 7,202 mt. (Please help the channel to grow by donating a coffee here } https://ko-fi.com/amblingtrails A challenging walk that few through hikers have completed. You need to be comfortable in remote locations as you are unlikely to meet anybody else but sheep and wild ponies are a plenty so confidence around livestock is also a must! This video is the first in a series of three.
