Michael Jackson - Dangerous | Live 2002 Mix (HQ)

Bbygirl came to me with the idea to do something I’ve never done, and I don’t think I’ve ever touched these performances before so here I am. So this whole video was her suggestion, the video mix too because she told me to just add the American Backstand footage when the Apollo footage ended. You’ve been hit by, you’ve been struck by, a smooth bbygirl INFO: Michael Jackson performing ‘Dangerous’ at the American Backstand on April 20th (50th Anniversary of the American Backstand) and at the Apollo on April 24th, 2002. THOUGHTS: I love ‘Dangerous’ live, I just wish they hadn’t cut the song down so much since 1993 where it was the most full version. Also the inclusion of the Smooth Criminal bit is tbh stupid and seems so out of place imo. Get out of here with that shit bruh, song does not fit in. Bro thinks he’s part of the team Maybe sometime I should try to mix my vision of ‘my perfect Dangerous live mix’ lol. Also love seeing Lori Werner included in the performance. WHAT I DID: Color correction, lighting correction and video mix featuring the best of both shows as well as the best angles. Only thing I did with the audio was to add reverb, the mix was from the soundboard in super HQ so I had to do nothing really. I also shortened the break between the intro and the song’s start because I felt it would benefit on rewatch-ability. Thanks to ​⁠​⁠Vin Von Voom for sending the files.
