'It was all my fault': Eric Ripert & José Andrés on changing toxic kitchen culture

José Andrés and Eric Ripert have grown alongside each other as chefs and restauranteurs for 30 years. Andrés is the founder and executive chairman of José Andrés Group, as well as the founder of nonprofit World Central Kitchen. Ripert is the chef and co-owner of Le Bernardin, Blue and Aldo Sohm Wine Bar. Le Bernardin has held three Michelin stars for around a decade. The two chefs sat down with for The 1 on 1 with CNN, reminiscing about the first time they met and how Anthony Bourdain brought them together. Ripert and Andrés swap stories about kitchen culture, with Ripert discussing how he changed his behavior as a chef through Buddhism.
