Distinguished Lecture Series in Engineering Entrepreneurship featuring Bob Paluck explicit
This video contains the April 24, 2018 talk given by Entrepreneur and Venture Capitalist Bob Paluck. Bob joined the fabled Mostek Corporation in 1971 and spent 11 years demonstrating that he is a great engineer … skills that make his engineering alma mater, The University of Illinois proud. He also makes the Cox School of Business at SMU, where he earned his EMBA in 1980 proud. About that time he was Vice President at Mostek. In 1982 he co-founded Convex Computer Corporation. He was President and CEO, and later Chairman of the Board. You’ll hear that incredible voyage in this video. Also in the video are perspectives from the Venture Capital world. Bob started, and was managing director of CenterPoint Ventures. A small warning, some of the phrasing in the video gets a little colorful.
