Recipe By -   / colourspages_sairasoi   INGREDIENTS: 500 gm green grapes sugar to taste 1/4 tsp citric acid 1 lemon juice 1 pinch green food colour METHOD: 1) Thoroughly wash and dry the grapes. 2) Add them to a mixer jar. Add sugar to it. Grind them into a mixer to a juice consistency. 3) Strain the juice using a strainer. 4) Take a deep bottomed pan & cook the juice on a medium flame till it thickens. 5) Stir it continuously. Once it thickens a bit, add citric acid, lemon juice & green food colour. 6) As it thickens more, put a drop of it on a plate and tilt it.
