Working China Clay mine in Cornwall by Drone in This 4K

This summer i had the wonderful opportunity to film in a working china clay mine in Cornwall. Being a Cornish lad I have always marvelled at the grand sight of the mine workings in central Cornwall but have had difficulties gaining access to film them. This year my chance arose with the help of my school time friend and work colleague Chris Wood of Ocean3D, and extremely professional outfit that supplies 3D imagining and tours. He was asked by Wheal Martyn museum to provide his services plus drone footage , so he approached me for my skillset. Thankfully. The Wheal Martyn Museum crew were great and Imerys, the owners of the mine, were great in showing us around. It was fascinating to say the least. I have always had an interest in things geological, as well as the 3D nature of our world . Mines like this peel back the layers to reveal the unseen and the fascinating .
