Theo Paphitis tells of what he's learned in his career as a businessman. He was dyslexic at school so he had to put in 3 times the effort of everyone else to reach a normal level of achievement and highlights that it was this approach that lead to his success. He goes on to say that it's never good to compete with people with the same odds as you and that you have to find an advantage. Never do something that you're average at, find something that you're good at and enjoy and can be successful in because that is a measure of true success, not the money you make but the enjoyment you get out of it. Money should be a by-product of success, not the driving force, you're passion should be your driving force.
