Mass & Requiem, mvt 8 "Dies Irae"

Mass & Requiem (2026), Mvt. 8 of 12, "Dies Irae" As I'm sure you can tell, these are not singers. This is a combination of modified midi layered and mixed together with Cantai vocal synth. Though certainly not perfect, I prefer this to not having anything to show. The purpose of this is to create a demo for the massive project I finished earlier this year, "Mass and Requiem". Within that project, completing this movement was the most daunting. Most people don't know how long the Dies Irae text really is. Not wanting to abandon such great material, I ended up breaking some some rules and making a multi-act creature resembling something out of an opera.
