I haven't noticed this problem with Epson printers yet. Therefore, when soaking and subsequently, fill the cartridges with at least 15-20% ink by volume relative to the MM. I haven't noticed any problems with this ratio. It's best to purchase a solution from a reputable company, such as OCP or InkTec.
