This is not a matter of political disagreement, but of a pattern of conduct that, in theory, blatantly violates the principles of human dignity, the protection of women, and parliamentary decorum—minimum pillars required of any elected representative. The Legislative Assembly cannot remain silent in the face of facts of this nature. Institutional inaction, in the face of such serious and documented accusations, compromises the credibility of this House before the people of São Paulo. Therefore, we request the immediate initiation and rigorous conduct of the appropriate procedures and, if the reported conduct is confirmed, the application of the maximum penalty provided: the revocation of the parliamentary mandate.
