Sewing machine SECRETS you might not know!

Everything is a secret until you know it right? I've found so many things about my sewing machine over time that made me think "How did I NOT know that?" I've got 5 sewing machine secrets in today's video!! The better you know your machine increases your ability to use your machine to its full potential, and the better your garments will turn out. Take advantage of all your sewing machine can offer you by digging into its secrets! Here's my top 2 "why did no one tell me that secret about my sewing machine” secrets… 1. For the longest time I didn’t know that lifting the presser foot releases the tension on your threads 🤯. When you know this, it means you can adjust your threads, pull them through with ease, untangle jams when necessary! The mystery was solved as to why sometimes the thread pulls through easily and sometimes not. 2. Does your machine sometimes go too fast for you to stop at a specific point? I thought that all the time, until I found out you can use your hand wheel to sew with? 🤯 You can sew a whole seam with if you wanted to! Take your foot off the pedal and use the handwheel instead and sew at your pace and be able to make a precise stop! This is great if you're sewing particularly thick areas as well!
