Episode 7 - Faux finish on repaired teak and holly sole.
If you don't want to replace boards with damaged veneer, you can putty and paint it! I used acrylic toll paint and glazing liquid to create a fake wood grain finish. Colours used: -base coat: Craft Smart in Fawn -second layer: FolkArt in Real Brown, Delta Ceramcoat in Burnt Sienna, with Golden glazing liquid -last coat: Craft Smart in Cocoa Bean, with just a touch of FolkArt Black and Americana Cranberry Wine and glazing liquid. I used a variety of brands of paint as it was what I had!
