Banana, Cloves, Walnuts & Honey Milk Shake Ingredients 1 ripe banana 6–8 walnut halves 1 cup fresh milk (chilled or warm) 1 teaspoon honey 1–2 cloves Optional: a pinch of cinnamon Method Soak the walnuts in water for 2–4 hours and drain. Grind the cloves into a fine powder. Add the banana, walnuts, milk, honey, and clove powder to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
