I recommend the 'Torrasque' variant. The Ultralisk is quite expensive at 300/200. However, the Torrasque variant has the advantage of continuously reviving, despite having a 60-second cooldown. This allows you to deploy Ultralisks onto the battlefield without consuming resources again. On the other hand, the 'Toxic Variant' Ultralisk is a disaster for bio units but has little effect against mechanical units. As mechanical units become more prevalent as the game progresses, it can be said to fall slightly short compared to the tremendous advantage of the 'Torrasque'.
