Snowing a Tenant

The plaintiff says the defendant is his landlord, and he says the man damaged his mint condition car when he used a broom to clean snow off it, and it scratched the vehicle. He’s suing for repair costs. The defendant says the plaintiff is just trying to get even because he initiated eviction proceedings.
