This 1985 Gould’s JO5 shallow well water pump was moving water but never reaching pressure enough for the pressure switch to turn the pump off automatically. The motor was not making noises or ceased so the well pump needed to rebuilt. This video shows disassembling the JO5 Jet Pump, cleaning the housing, and rebuilding the pump with new wear parts- impeller, guidevane, guidevane seal, diaphram, mechanical seal.
