This cute scenic medieval village is very preserved and has the same dimensions as in the Middle Ages and almost all beautiful half-timbered houses date from that time. It really deserves its title of one of "Most Beautiful Villages of France"! Semur-en-Auxois is a medieval town in the heart of the Côte-d'Or, Burgundy, on the banks of the Armançon.
