🌾♿ Projects that transform knowledge into well-being The Capital of Technology and Sustainability project brings together 29 laboratories of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) in the water, agro-industrial, textile, and automotive sectors. This work has already resulted in a protein-rich atole (a traditional Mexican hot drink) made with amaranth from Puebla and an electric wheelchair.
