Dealing with a Toxic Work Environment + Lessons Learned | STORYTIME

Open for all the info!! 🖤 . . . . . Hi y'all! Today I'm sharing my experience with toxic work environments, toxic people who talk crap about or exclude people and the the lessons I learned. As I was editing the video, SO many other instances came to mind that I didn't think about while recording the video but I think you get the gist of what happened. Everyone's tolerance of this behavior or patience in working things out will vary - you just have to figure out for yourself when enough is enough. Although this topic is a negative one, I do feel like everything happens for a reason and there are going to be tougher times, sometimes. My intention is to help anyone else dealing with something similar. You're not alone, stay strong and it will get better.
