Bishop Fellay is the current Superior General of the Society of St. Pius X. In addition to overseeing the work of the Society over six continents and directly working with the authorities in Rome, he is one of the three auxiliary bishops of the Society who travel around the world to administer the sacraments of Holy Orders and Confirmation. Bishop Fellay was welcomed for Confirmations this spring to St. Mary’s, Kansas, one of many growing centers for traditional Catholic families in the United States. During his sermon at confirmations, His Excellency preached on the importance of the Gifts of the Holy Ghost, and how each Gift works to strengthen the soul.
