🍫 Fudge Protein Bar Ingredients 1 cup roasted chana (bhuna chana) 10–12 soft deseeded dates 1 tbsp cocoa powder 50–70 g dark or milk chocolate (optional, for topping) ............................. Method Add roasted chana, deseeded dates, and cocoa powder to a grinder. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed. Transfer the mixture to a lined tray or container and press firmly into an even layer. Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly over the top (optional but highly recommended for extra flavor). Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until firm. Cut into bars or squares and enjoy. ..............................
