Blackwell Story

At one time landfills located on Forest Preserve District of DuPage County property accepted residential and commercial refuse and served the solid-waste disposal needs. Revenues that the District has collected from operating the landfills are now part of an ongoing, non-tax-supported revenue stream that benefits a variety of District developments and operations.
