Walking The River Medway from Lockmeadow to Whatman Park through Maidstone, Kent - Slow TV

Today we're taking a short walk from the centre of Maidstone, down the River Medway to a nearby park. This is the last video from this recent trip to Maidstone. On the way we'll pass through the grounds of All Saints Church and the Archbishops Palace. We'll see where the River Len joins into the Medway near the Kentish Lady base. We'll head along Fairmeadow out towards the railway bridge, past the former location of the Bassets Factory (turn on subtitles for more on that) and then out into Whatman Park where we'll have a look at the facilities, the art and finally end at a bridge over the river.
