Some people find a standby voltage from the power supply board to the motherboard, which is no longer available in these types of TVs. A single 13V supply is fed to the motherboard. Then, the voltage is passed through a DC-DC converter circuit to a low voltage MPU (standby). When the TV is turned on, it triggers the PWR on/off switch, which activates the power supply to supply the main power. This is how it works.
