Anterior forearm muscles (identifying)
We've talked before about the muscles of the forearm, but a big question I get asked is "how do I identify all of these overlapping muscles in the forearm"? I'm going to take you through my process for identifying muscles in the anterior, flexor compartment of the forearm. We're just identifying them, not talking about their attachments or innervation (almost all the median nerve BTW). We can try and do the same thing with the posterior forearm muscles in the future.
