Quick and Easy Art Journal: Using watersoluble oil pastels

This super quick art journal page was created in under 20 minutes using watersoluble oil pastels. Watersoluble oil pastels give you a super pigmented look without the mess of paint. Add a shimmer of gold texture paste, and some mark making stencils, and you have a fabulous brightly coloured page with minimal effort!
