I Hiked to the 2nd Highest Peak in Gran Canaria 🇮🇨🥾

Have you guessed the number of steps?? 😆 Today we are on a longer and linear hike people! ⛰️🥾 I walked from the village of San Mateo to the 2nd highest peak in the island (Pico de las Nieves), still in beautiful Gran Canaria. 🇮🇨 The weather was great and very hot, as I started the hike at 12 pm (I know, the worst time 😆). The hike was great, I really enjoyed the area with the pine trees and although it took me 4 hours (under the sun) to get to the viewpoint, the views were worth it and incredible! ℹ️ Useful info ➡️ Hiking trail I followed 🥾https://es.wikiloc.com/rutas-senderis... ➡️ Pico de las Nieves viewpoint: https://www.grancanaria.com/turismo/e... ➡️ Buses in Gran Canaria (guaguas) 🚌: https://guaguasglobal.com/lineas-hora... ➡️ The app📱I use to follow trails is Wikiloc (not sponsored, I really like it though!) PS! If you solo hike make sure you know what you are doing! Do your research beforehand and if you feel like the path becomes too difficult for you, just go back (happened to me in the past). Let someone know where you are going, in case something happens! What do you think about this hike? I hope you enjoyed coming along with me.
