Want to make a simple and super-drinkable homemade blonde ale? 🍺 In this video, I'll show you how to make an Easy Blonde Ale using the BIAB (Brew in a Bag) method, even using just one pot—perfect for beginners or those without professional equipment. 👉 It's the last beer before returning to Italy... and of course, a nice hoppy IPA-style beer couldn't be missed, with Apollo and Styrian Dana hops for a citrusy and floral aroma. 🔥 🍺 INGREDIENTS 1.5 kg Pilsner malt 200 g rolled oats 5 g Apollo hops (bitterness) 6 g Styrian Dana (aroma) Yeast (recovered or dry) Total water: approximately 10 L ⚙️ METHOD (BIAB – Brew in a Bag) ✔️ Mash at 52°C – 10 min ✔️ Mash at 67°C – 60 min ✔️ Sparge at 78°C ✔️ Boil for 60 min ✔️ Dry hopping (optional) For more aroma: 5 g Apollo hops + 5 g Styrian Dana) 🍻 RESULTS OG: 1046 FG: 1001 ABV: ~6.5% Style: Between Blonde Ale and IPA (super hoppy 😎) 💡 IMPORTANT TIPS You can substitute the hops with your favorites. Watch out for oxidation during racking and dry hopping. Don't overdo the sugar in the bottle (max 8-10 g/L).
