Former Algerian naval commander, Major General Shaaban Ghadban, does not rule out the possibility that the explosion of the arms ship "Najma Al-Iskandariya" in the port of Annaba in 1963 was orchestrated by Israel, especially since the weapons were intended for distribution to liberation movements, including Palestinian and African ones.
