Since nobody clicks into here by chance, I don't need to say anything about her. Any exaggeration is an understatement, each compliment a disrespect when it comes to this young lady. The book: 433g weight, 56 pages, hardcover, published in 2015 when Angelina was 9. Illustrated together with her also very talented grandmother, the visual artist Mery Zamani.👍 Unfortunately I had to blur a lot so that Angelina doesn't get mad at me. So the translation got lost, but there are good image to text converters out there. Some of them also do the translation. Maybe someone knows a good one, please type it in the comments. I photographed the pages with my old ipad, dragged the pictures into the other computer, then loaded them into ´G😀🤔gle Drive`, opened them in ´G😜🤪gle Docs` and then copied the results into ´G😒🥱gle translator`. Then checked the 'translator' results again and corrected them if necessary. I made space on the pages in ´Paint` , first by copying free spaces, then I found the `wizard` , inserted the translations with the ´text` function and saved the new file without destroying the old one so that the Norwegian text can still be read in the video afterwards because of some things may not be 100% translatable ... Then I had to rotate everything again ìn ´Windows gallery` because, strangely enough, all of it was upside down, so that I could squeeze it between the page flipping videos in ´resolve` and so on ... So easy. I don't usually buy books. Most recently a specialist book 11 years ago. What`s in the book? "´It is said to be` based on a true story, which Angelina cites as reason for always performing barefoot." The "short version" of this "story" that you can often read in the comments here is hard to believe? (My mother would have told me something if I gave away my new boots, which she paid for ...) 😠 "There is no evidence / or photos?" Whoever takes photos in the indicated situation is an *******. Impossible that these lyrics are from a 9 year old? Right, most of it is a direct copy of her diary when she was S I X Y E A R S O L D ! ! !🤪 Angelina said in her infinite modesty: it's a children's book. But that's not true. I'm sure I won't read that to my son to fall asleep. It's about hope and trust and it´s about despair and about to give up your dreams. It's extremely nice and extremely cruel. This book is full of incredible lyrics but they don't rhyme at all. The illustrations (rather artistic paintings) are extremely beautiful and extremely ugly at the same time. It even rains in this book and then again not, but it doesn't matter then, because everything is wet already. And it is written in a way that you can feel this all. The rain and the cold and the despair. And, but not mainly, it's about shoes and it´s about no shoes. As I've got used to these surprises, I can say: "I didn't expect anything else from Angelina Jordan Astar than a masterpiece, but I didn't expect THIS." Angelina: "You can read." And I did.
