Arcadi Bogossian & Tigran Aleksanyan - Μ.Ε.Λαβύρινθος: Σεμινάριο "Η Μουσική Παράδοση της Αρμενίας" / Labyrinth M.W.: Seminar " The Music Tradition of Armenia" ----English Following---- Τί είναι το Μουσικό εργαστήρι Λαβύρινθος; Το Μουσικό Εργαστήρι Λαβύρινθος ιδρύθηκε το 1982 από τον Ross Daly (Καλλιτεχνικός διευθυντής Μ.Ε.Λ.) με σκοπό την μύηση των νέων, κυρίως, ανθρώπων σε μια δημιουργική προσέγγιση στα παραδοσιακά μουσικά ιδιώματα από διάφορα μέρη του κόσμου. Αποτελεί σημείο συνάντησης για μουσικούς και σπουδαστές καθώς επίσης αναγνωρίζεται ευρέως ως ηγέτιδα δύναμη στον τομέα της εκπαίδευσης, στο πεδίο της τροπικής και γενικότερα της παραδοσιακής μουσικής. Labyrinth Musical Workshop was founded in 1982 by Ross Daly (the Artistic Director of MWL), with the goal of initiating young people, primarily, into a creative approach to traditional musical idioms from various parts of the world. It is a meeting point for musicians and students and it is widely recognized as a leading force with respect to education, in the field of modal and traditional music in general. Arcadi Bogossian & Tigran Aleksanyan Seminar-" The Music Tradition of Armenia" The seminar will not only focus to duduk but at zurna and pku. More precisely the students will be taught the techniques of playing and maintaining the instruments (ex. how to maintain the bamboo reed). They will get to know as well the traditional Armenian music scales and the way a makam is played in Armenia.
