Hi friends, this time we're taking a house tour of a unique house in Pondok Indah. This house has a land area of ​​380m2 and has two floors. This unique house has a modern, tropical, minimalist concept. The roof uses a combination of bitumen and corrugated iron. This house is truly unique, with two entrances, with the main door being somewhat hidden. The facade is a combination of WPC. The terrace floor is attractive, using specially treated granite. The main door is luxurious, 3 meters high, and looks dashing. As we enter, we are greeted by two areas. We can go to the guest pavilion area. The guest room is very comfortable, with a villa concept. The pantry area is attractive. The ceiling uses textured paint, so it looks like wallpaper. The dirty kitchen is maximally equipped. Full of storage, and also serves as a service area. Still on the first floor, there's a hobby room for playing music and reading books with a view of the swimming pool. The master bedroom is very spacious, with an interesting idea using a solid engineering door with a door stopper. The door is light, but feels sturdy with the door stopper. The interior combines a Japandi style with dark Japandi colors. The walk-in closet is connected to the bathroom, and there's also a Zen garden. The kids' room is super cute, with a bunk bed concept, but the lower part is like a hobbit hole for reading books.
