Electric Tramway of Tranvía de Sóller (Soller), Mallorca (4K, HD)

The Tranvía de Sóller is a Spanish heritage tramway serving the town of Sóller and the coastal town of Port de Sóller in Mallorca. It is operated by Ferrocarril de Sóller SA, who also operate the heritage railway link between Sóller and Palma. It was originally opened in 1913, and many of the trams are original and from that time (others later coming from Palma, Bilbao and Lisbon). The electrified tram line is just under 5km long, serves 17 stations, and carries close to 1m passengers each year. The four electric trains connecting Sóller to Palma were built in 1929.
