Who I'd Pick as the next DCU Villain

In this video, I break down my reasoning why the new DCU needs a fantastical villain rather than another dark joker or ridder. That includes suggested plot points, fan casting, costumes, and more. My design pulls heavily from the animated series that defined the Music meister and other mediums, including but not limited to Batman: The Brave and The Bold, La la land, and Midsommar.
