Many believe that the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are equal. But this is not true. And they never have been. Our country includes regions, territories, federal cities, autonomous regions and territories, and national republics. The latter have the highest status. The twenty-two republics are not just regions. They are states that are part of the federation. Many people don't know this. It turns out that there are twenty-two more republics within one state. And this is a ticking time bomb. One day, it could lead to the collapse of the country. This already happened in the 1990s. What are we proposing in the draft Constitution of the Society.Future? Provincial administrative-territorial structure. No republics or regions. Only regions with equal status. All provinces will have equal rights among themselves. Everyone will also be equal before Moscow. This will destroy the system of ordinary and privileged regions, where some meekly submit to the federal center, while others collect votes for the president, receiving tribute and remaining independent states. Firstly, the head of a region will now be accountable to the people who actually live in the province, not to the president, security forces, billionaires, and various Kremlin towers. Secondly, this will eliminate ethnocracies from the political arena. It's difficult for mafia clans to seize power in a province with direct elections. It's difficult to intimidate and bribe everyone. The people should elect the authorities. Why abolish the republics? Do we want special rights? No, we only want equality. Share this video.
