After the crazy bike breakdown and puncture at Fotu La Pass yesterday, today was all about giving the beast some much-needed care and exploring the beautiful, historic city of Leh. First things first: we headed straight to the local mechanic to replace the worn-out rear tyre so the bike is fully ready for the brutal terrain ahead. With the machine sorted, it was time to experience the magic of Leh! We started our local exploration by visiting the breathtaking Thiksey Monastery, often called the 'Little Potala'. From there, we spent peaceful moments at the sacred Sindhu Ghat before heading to the legendary Hall of Fame Leh—a deeply emotional and proud experience paying tribute to our brave soldiers. 🇺🇦🇮🇳 As the sun began to set, we climbed up to the Tsemo Monastery for a stunning panoramic view of the entire Indus Valley, and finally wrapped up this incredible day, diving into the local vibes and food at the Leh Market at night!
