I Would NEVER Do These 5 Popular Aesthetic Treatments

Not every popular aesthetic treatment belongs in every practice. In this video, I'm sharing five cosmetic procedures that I personally choose not to perform—and more importantly, why. These treatments can absolutely produce beautiful results in the right hands, but over the years I've developed my own philosophy based on anatomy, patient safety, predictability, and long-term outcomes. We'll discuss: • Liquid rhinoplasty (nose filler) & glabellar filler • Deep, aggressive RF microneedling • PDO thread lifts • Permanent fillers • CoolSculpting This isn't about saying these procedures are "bad." Many experienced providers perform them every day with excellent results. Instead, I'm sharing the reasoning behind my own clinical decisions and the alternatives I prefer for my patients. If you're considering one of these treatments, I hope this video helps you have a more informed conversation with your provider.
