1000 Mile Remote Solo Camping Trip Got Dangerous...

Overland camping solo is dangerous but a good plan B in some situations... This trip was completely unplanned for me. Another trip fell through and since I already drove all the way up there I made the best of a bad situation. This is one of the advantages of owning an overland build right? I already was loaded with everything I need so let's explore! IF you decide to follow the trend of solo travel make sure you communicate with your family if and when you have service and if you can swing it, get a GPS device that allows for communication like the Garmin in-reach (not sponsored). With the right preparation solo travel can be an outstanding way to reconnect with nature and can be an alternative to having to align your schedule with everyone around you. Do I recommend taking a worn out Land Rover Discovery with over 200k miles deep into the woods by yourself?... no. But I had a great time doing it! I hope you folks enjoy the video! Next week is the WA BDR which should be a couple hundred miles of off-road then I want to take it to a local off-road park for some rock crawling to see what needs improvement before we hit the Rubicon next year!
