Part 2 of fishing the Outer Banks we took Brett Barley's Jon Boat to remote waters in the Outer Banks where we didn't see a single person fishing near us all day. We got into some of the most epic fishing action for Speckled Trout and Redfish, but the scenery was absolutely beautiful. This area was so remote that the water was super clear and beautiful. We did more Jon Boat fishing in the Outer Banks and caught more giant speckled trout and redfish. We used the Slick Lure and the cool thing you can fish it weedless. I love this lure because it brings me back to Bass Fishing as a kid and it's similar to finesse fishing like a Texas Rig Soft plastic. Oh, I also like it because it only catches giant fish.
